Our kombuchas are homemade. Limited edition artisan drinks. 
Very special kombuchas born from the philosophy of ‘no waste’. 
Today we have these, but possibly, the next time you come we will have others.

RED VERMOUTH

  • Rivera - 5.00€ - The nose has a strong intensity and hints of cinnamon and orange. In the mouth it is very smooth. The perfect balance between sweet, bitter and acid

  • Petroni - 5.00€ - The nose is dominated by the aroma of ripe fruit, with hints of vanilla and spices with balsamic touches. In the mouth it is refreshing, ample, complex and balanced.​​

​WHITE VERMOUTH

  • Rivera 5.00€ - On the nose it has dilces, floral, citrus and cinnamon aromas. The palate is dry. Reminiscent of citrus, bitter and aromatic plants.

  • Petroni - 4.80€ - With mineral aromas and balsamic herbs. The palate is elegant and complex, spicy and citrus notes with a long and fresh finish.
